Yes, there is electric power. We also have backup generator.

Yes, there is parking on both sides of the building.
Does it have gas?
Yes, Faisal Hills has gas however the pipeline in Civic Center has yet to reach our building. It will be done in due course of time.
Does the building have wifi/ broadband Internet?
yes, there is provision to install wifi. WiFi service is currently being provided by PTCL If you buy an apartment, you will have to get it installed in your own name.
Does the building has good water supply?
Yes, it has water supply. We have rooftop water tank to store water. The building also have its own functional water boring.
Does it have 24 hours access?
Yes, the building has 24 hours secure access.
Does the building have security cameras?
Yes, the building has security cameras installed on all floors.
Does the building has proper NOCs?
Yes, it has necessary NOCs in place, both from the society as well as from TMA (Tehsil Municipal Authority) that comes under RDA (Rawalpindi Development Authority).

Refund policy
All apartments are non refundable. Change of dates and reservation is allowed, based on availabilities of apartments.
Terms & conditions
- All reservations will be held on a tentative basis unless advance bank deposit is made within due date. Unpaid bookings will be automatically released after 24 hours.
- All apartments are of same size. For comfort and safety of our guests, we have a strict policy of occupancy as follows
- One apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults. 3rd adult sleeps on an additional mattress with additional cost.
- Children under 6 years of age sleep with parents on the same bed.
- All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking permitted only in designated areas. Violation will result in a penalty.
- Airport pick up and drop off will be provided for additional charges.
